The Menu will consist on:
Aperitif
Mushrooms And cauliflower in Tempura:
A variety of seasonal mushrooms And cauliflower marinated and fried in an airy batter, with truffle Mayonnaise
Entree
The wild child Salad:
Root beet carpaccio topped with Frise Salad, self made Kimchi, ocean filets, black olives Tapenade and wasabi drops
Main dish
Pasta Al forno:
Filled pasta shells with vegan cashew-spinach ricotta, Toscana sauce, and Pumpkin “Cheddar”.
Desert
Pumpkin tarts:
Pumpkin tarts with caramelized apples, and cream
Drinks
Wine, Tee, Kombucha, Water
